The form asks for your name, business name, email, WhatsApp, the type of site you're looking for and a description of the project. This data is used only to review the request, begin the conversation and reply to you.
3. How the form works
When you select “Continue on WhatsApp”, the site prepares a message with the details you filled in and opens the app. The data is not written to any database on this site. WhatsApp's own handling follows that platform's rules and policies.
4. Sharing and retention
Varanda does not sell personal data. Information received may remain in the WhatsApp or email history for as long as needed to reply, to meet legal obligations or to exercise rights.
5. Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your data, subject to legal retention rules, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country. To do so, write to the address above.
